A variety of life coaches exist, and among them, a particularly impactful category is the spiritual life coach. This form of coaching aims to assist clients in establishing a connection with their authentic selves within a society that often defines individuals through material possessions and societal norms.

The role of a spiritual life coach involves collaborating with clients to guide them through life's journey, unearth their profound aspirations, make strides toward their objectives, and dismantle limiting beliefs.

In the package sessions we’ll explore our past, relationships, our own souls, connectedness to Spirit, living a heart-centered life, intuition, chakras, praying, meditations, soul meditation, sitting in the power of Spirit, churches that accept all, and other things that may come up.

We’ll talk about physical ways to increase the mind-body connection, such as yoga, massage, and tapping and discuss how these help relieve stress, depression, and anxiety. We’ll learn to see Spirit all around us, in signs, symbols, the energy we feel and in other ways that may touch you in daily life.

I do not espouse to any one religion, and I won’t push any on you. If you are already a member of a certain religion, it is in your hands to consider if it’s right for you or not. I may ask questions to see how the religion fits into your value system and life plans.

I may use Oracle cards, or Angel cards for prompts. If you want to learn more about any of these kinds of spiritual activities, let me know and we can put it in your lessons.
